Micah Creech Jenkins, Jr.

AIKEN – Mr. Micah Creech “Mike” Jenkins, 79, of Aiken, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at Mattie C. Hall. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday in Aiken Memorial Gardens. Reverend Dr. Fred Andrea, III will officiate. Mr. Jenkins was born in Allendale County, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Micah C. Jenkins, Sr. He was a graduate of Clemson University, and served in WWII with the US Navy. He was a long time member of IPTAY, and an avid golfer and hunter. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Mrs. Alpha Covar Jenkins; a sister , Hugh Rice (Francis) Sandifer, Jamestown, NC; close friends, Dorothy S. Keaton, and Terry and Sharon Mathis.
