William Edward Moseley, Sr.

AIKEN, SC -- WILLIAM EDWARD MOSELEY, SR., 85, died Sunday, January 9, 2011 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A lifelong resident of Aiken, Mr. Moseley was a son of the late Freddy H. and Marie Ememeker Moseley. He was first married to the late Betty Holley Moseley and after her death was married to Billie Maness Moseley. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II, and retired owner of Moseley's Auto Sales. Mr. Moseley was a member of Levels Baptist Church and the T. J. Yates Sunday School Class. He was also a former member of the building and grounds committee at the church. Survivors include his wife Billie, five children; Tonya Marie (Jack) Newman, Martinez, GA, Debbie (Chester) Mims, North Augusta, SC, Timothy (Stephanie) Moseley, E vans, GA, Robin (Pete) Harley, Lexington, SC and Bill (Stacey) Moseley, Aiken, SC, thirteen granchildren; Lee Hallman, Kevin Hallman, Derick Leman, Deann Memon, Amanda Kulacki, Sindy Martinez, Kristen Garcia, Timothy Moseley, Matthew Moseley, Judy Harley, Buffy Thouvenot, Ashton Moseley and Seth Moseley, twenty-three great-grandchildren, two sisters; Katrina (Bob) Deloach, Graniteville, SC and Rosa Rauch, Columbia, SC and a brother, Henry Moseley, Aiken, SC. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Levels Baptist Church with The Rev.
