Margie Clarkson

AIKEN, SC – MARGIE M. CLARKSON, 85, died Sunday, February 25, 2007 at Cumberland Village. A native of Taylor Texas, Mrs. Clarkson was a daughter of the late William Albert and Bessie Lee Speegle Wagener and the widow of John Roscoe Clarkson. She was retired from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and had lived in Aiken County since 1990. Survivors include her daughter, Jeanne Hair, Wagener, SC, three sons, John Ronald Clarkson, Reno, NV, William Lee Clarkson, San Antonio, TX and Robert Paul Clarkson, Burnet, TX, twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services and burial will be held at Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, TX. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Cumberland Village.
