Cheryl Jones Shorts

Aiken, SC--Cheryl Jones Shorts, 59, beloved wife of Robert C. Shorts, died January 21, 2007 at University Hospital in Augusta, GA. A native of Graniteville, SC, Mrs. Shorts was a daughter of the late Walter “Pete” and Jewell Corley Jones. Survivors in addition to her husband, include her daughter Shannon (David) Johnson, Aiken, her two grandchildren Lauren and Kimberlyn Johnson, and her sister Susan Lunsford, Trenton. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 6:00 pm at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
