Nancy Bevier Cottone

AIKEN, SC -- NANCY BEVIER COTTONE, 69, beloved wife of Michael B. Cottone, died Thursday, June 9, 2011 at her residence. Born in Elyria, OH, Nancy was a daughter of the late Russell and Rose Hurd Minger. She attended Ohio State University and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland. She then completed her Master's in Library Science at Catholic University in Washington, DC. She worked 35 years with Montgomery County, Maryland Public Schools as a Media Specialist. Nancy lived in Maryland for 40 years before moving to Aiken in 2005. Survivors in addition to her husband Michael, include two brothers; Fred (Sandra) Menger, Rockville, MD and John (Mary) Menger, Lakewood, CO, two nieces;, Megan Menger and Sandra Menger and three nephews; William Menger, Jared Menger and Sam Menger.
