George Wesley Crocker

WARRENVILLE, SC -- GEORGE WESLEY CROCKER, 57, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A native of Scotia, CA, George was a son of the late John L and Hazel Dewell Crocker. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and had lived in Aiken County since 1961. George worked at Graniteville Co for over 26 years. He was working the night of the Graniteville train derailment and was hospitalized as a result. Survivors include two sisters, Bobbie Sue (Steve) Stein and Kay Chavous; a brother, James A. (Kelly) Crocker, all of Warrenville, a niece, Stephanie D. Clements and a nephew, John C. Chavous. Funeral services will be private.
