Ronald F. Amderson

AIKEN, SC – RONALD F. ANDERSON, 65, beloved husband of Ellen Carpenter Anderson, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at his residence. A native of Winter Garden, FL, Mr. Anderson was a son of the late Ruben and Annis Cannon Anderson. He attended the University of Florida, University of Alabama and graduated from Rollins College. He was a retired engineer with Westinghouse at the Savannah River Site. Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two daughters, Kathleen Moore of Columbia, SC, Tara Cates of Durham, NC, a son, Ronald Thomas Anderson of Lexington, SC, a grandson, Isaac Anderson of Lexington and a brother, Robert Anderson of Houston, TX. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home, 715 East Pine Log Rd., Aiken, SC. Interment will follow in Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
