Shirley Champlin Parker

AIKEN – Ms. Shirley Champlin Parker, 78, of Aiken, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A Memorial service will be held at 11 Am Friday, July 27, 2007 at in the Shellhouse Funeral Home Chapel, Hayne Ave.. Interment will be private. Mrs. Parker was born in Alfred, NY, a daughter of the late Archie Earl and Carol Stillman Champlin. She moved to Aiken in 1988 with her late husband, Frank John Parker, Sr. She was an Administrative Assistant at the Cumbee Center to Assist Abused Persons. She was a member of the Aiken Unitarian Universalist Church. Surviving Mrs. Parker is her brother, Carlin Stillman Champlin, Aiken, a niece, Linda Rodrigues, Texas; nephew, William Henry Champlin, Pennsylvania.
