Margaret Coiner Baker

Aiken – Mrs. Margaret Coiner Baker, 92, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Mrs. Baker was the wife of the late Wayne Elwood Baker. A Graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 14 at Beaufort National Cemetery. Born in Virginia, Mrs. Baker was the daughter of the late William and Mamie Coleman Coiner. Mrs. Baker was a resident of Aiken since 1978. She was a graduate of William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA. Mrs. Baker was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church in Aiken. She also was a member of Houndslake Country Club, Aiken Hospital Auxiliary and Fort Gordon Officers Club. Mrs. Baker is survived by her niece Rebecca Coiner (John Mark) Anderson, Jackson, TN., and a nephew Norman Kevin Coiner, Knoxville, TN.
