Myrtice Trudgeon Burtsfield

AIKEN, SC – MYRTICE TRUDGEON BURTSFIELD, 89, widow of Alvin Earl Burtsfield, died Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A native of Wolverine, MI, Mrs. Burtsfield was a daughter of the late Robert Henry and Caroline Whear Truegeon. She was a homemaker and a lifelong member of Grace United Methodist Church in South Bend, IN. She was a life member of Sigma Phi Gamma. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn (Randy) Brenneman, Aiken, SC, a son, Dale (Gayle) Burtsfield, Beavercreek, OH, four grandchildren, Shawn (Virginia) Brenneman, Adam (Kristen) Brenneman, Ryan Burtsfield and Ashley Burtsfield, a great grandson, Austin Brenneman, two sisters-in-law, Virginia Calvin and Delorees Burtsfield both of South Bend, IN, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at Grace United Methodist Church in South Bend, Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery.
