Alice "Patsy" Gill

AIKEN, SC – Mrs. Alice Laird “Patsy” Gill, 94, of Aiken, died Friday, August 24, 2007 at Cumberland Hills. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton, VA. Interment will follow in Warrenton Cemetery. Mrs. Gill was born in Barnwell County, SC, a daughter of the late William Braxton and Kitty Mae Hair Laird. She was a Contracting Officer for the US Army, a member of Warrenton United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir, a member of the AARP, and the National Association of Federal Employees. Mrs. Gill is survived by her nephew William E. Hair, Wagener, SC. In addition to her parents, her husband, Coleman E. Gill, and her son, Philip Laird Gill, preceded her in death.
