Irene Felts McDaniel

AIKEN - Irene Estelle Felts McDaniel, 85, died Sept. 26. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday in the Shellhouse Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Swift officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Cemetery. She was born in Corbin, KY to the late John D. and Grace Henderlite Felts. She was a homemaker, Baptist, former member of Moose Club, Columbus, IN and Columbus Bowling League. Her husband James B. McDaniel preceded her in death. Survivors include her children, Rita (Mike) O’Neal, North Vernon, IN, Rose Barron, Atlanta, GA, James E. (Debbie) McDaniel and John D. McDaniel, Aiken. Other survivors include grandchildren, Troy O’Neal, Wendy O’Neal, Ryan O’Neal, Corey McDaniel, Jacob McDaniel, Josiah McDaniel, Jesse McDaniel, Timothy McDaniel, Jessica Barron, Addison Barron; seven great grandchildren; sister, Eileen Rucker, Buffalo, NY and a brother Frank Boehm, Green Castle, IN.
