Hazel Juanita Adams Callahan

Aiken - Mrs. Hazel Juanita Adams Callahan, 94, died Saturday, July 14, 2012. A private graveside service will be held in Sunset Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Larry E. Callahan, Jr., Todd Waller, Keith Donaldson, Joe Holton, David Ellett, Jr. and Gary Hoenshel. Mrs. Callahan was born in Appalachia, VA, a daughter of the late Wynn Cornelius and Ina Maude Underwood Adams, and a resident of Aiken for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Judy C. (Bill) Tice; sons, R. Douglas Callahan, Jr., Larry E. Callahan, James C. (Brenda) Callahan; grandchildren, David Ellet, Jr., Karen (Keith) Donaldson, Teresa (Joe) Holton, Larry E. Callahan, Jr., Paula (Todd) Waller, Kim (Robbie) Rider, Cayce (Gary) Hoenshel, Ashley Callahan; 10 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe D. Callahan, Sr., and a son, Jonathan W. Callahan.
