Reverend Ray Don Adcock

AIKEN – The Reverend Ray Don Adcock, 68, died Saturday, November 10, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 2PM Wednesday at First Baptist Church. The Reverend Dr. Fred Andrea III will officiate. Interment will follow in Bethany Cemetery. Rev. Adcock was born in Minden, LA, a son of the late George Alman Adcock, Sr. and Mattie Long Adcock. He was a member of the Baptist Association, the Lion’s Club and First Baptist Church, Aiken. In his lifetime he pastored in many Baptist churches. Survivors include his beloved wife, Marilyn Ruth Droddy Adcock; three sons, David Ray (Pamela) Adcock, Greenville, Daniel Keith (Tess) Adcock, West Columbia, Timothy Cole Adcock, Aiken; six grandchildren. In addition to his parents, a grandchild, Matthew James Adcock, preceded him in death. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 3157, Aiken, SC 29802. Please visit Rev.
