AIKEN –Ann Gunderman Freitag, 64, died Nov. 23 at home. Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 26 at 3:00 PM at St. Johns United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. George Howle officiating. Interment will take place Dec. 1 at Churchville Creekside Cemetery, Churchville, NY. She was born in Corning, NY to the late John and Mary Perry Gunderman. She moved to Aiken in 1983, and worked as a seamtress with J.B. White, Dillards and Warneke Cleaners. She was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church. Survivors include her beloved husband, Herbert Richard Freitag, Sr. and loving children, Mary Jo Gunderman, Bath, NY, Kristin Deordeo, Cheri Magin, Cathy Hallett, Nancy Freitag, of Rockchester, NY, and Herbert R. Freitag, Jr., Wagener, SC, nine grandchildren, sisters, Jean Harrien, Jo Anne Laberen, Betty Allen, Linda Rumsey, brothers, Jim Gunderman, and Norm Gunderman.
