ASHEVILLE, NC – Mr. Jerry Jerome Bowers, 51, died Saturday, November 23, 2007 in Asheville, NC. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Southlawn Cemetery. Mr. Bowers was born in Hampton, SC. He lived in Asheville, NC for the last 17 years and was a sheet metal worker in the construction business. Survivors include his parents, Aiken Eugene and Reba Ward Bowers; four brothers, Aiken Eugene Bowers, Jr., Augusta, Rickey Bowers, Aiken, Michael Bowers, Atlanta and Curtis Lee Bowers, Aiken.
