Mary Alice Nordeen

GILBERT,SC- Mrs. Mary Alice DeLoach Nordeen,74, beloved wife of Jackie Kay Nordeen Sr, died Tuesday December 18 at her residence. Mrs. Nordeen was born in Estill, SC to the late James Clifford and Nollie Aileen Smith DeLoach. She was a homemaker and a member of Foreman Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband Jackie Kay Nordeen, Sr, two daughters Cherie (Brian) N. Black of Gilbert, SC, and Kathryn (Bill) N. Statz of Tybee Island, GA, two sons Jackie K. Nordeen, Jr. of Hephzibah, GA, and Clifford (Cathy) Nordeen of Columbia, SC, her ten grandchildren April Black, Lewis Black, Henry K. Black, Kenton Taz Black, Augusta K. Statz, Darby Statz Ashley Nordeen, Haley Nordeen, Megan Nordeen, and Janis Nordeen, and her two sisters Nollie Dukes of St. George , SC and Linda Hiers of Hampton, SC. Services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Mueller officiating. Interment will follow at Southlawn Cemetery.
