Arlyne Nelson Harding

AIKEN – Arlyne Nelson Harding, 89, died Thursday at Pepper Hill Nursing Home. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church with the Rev. Gerald Reiter officiating. She was born in Jamaica, Iowa to the late Jacob Nelson and Jessie Wiley Nelson. She was employed by Aiken Bamberg Barnwell and Edgefield Regional Library and was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Survivors include one daughter; Judy Harding (Craig) Sorensen, Tucson, AZ., one son; Jerry Alan (Sue) Harding, Aiken, SC., three grandchildren; Beth Wheeler, Jeffrey Harding, Jacob Harding, three great grandchildren; Katria Wheeler, Amanda Wheeler, Jacob Harding. Her husband, Clarence Harding, preceded her in death. The family will receive friends following the service.
