AIKEN – Mrs. Bonnie Hodges Garrick, 88, died Saturday, March 8, 2008. Mrs. Garrick was born in Statesboro, GA, a daughter of the late Ancil and Gertrude Donaldson Hodges. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, at 2:00 PM at Millbrook Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Eddie Leopard officiating. Interment will follow at Southlawn Cemetery. She had been a resident of Aiken since 1952 and supported her family as a homemaker. She was a member of Millbrook Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Wilbur L. Garrick, Aiken, SC; two daughters, Kay Garrick, San Rafael, Ca., Vicky Crain, Aiken, SC; one grandchild, Travis Crain, Aiken, SC; one great-grandchild, Trevor Crain; one brother, Donald Hodges, Statesboro, Ga. Pallbearers will be Herman Sanders, Roland Glazener, John Longshore, Joe Pendleton, Jim Langford, Roy Clark, Ray Cook and Tom Campbell. Honorary pallbearers will be the Chapel Sunday School Class current and former members and the Happy Go Lucky Club former members. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home.
