Emily Maxine Wank Nelson

AIKEN – Mrs. Emily Maxine Nelson, 90, died April 3, 2013. Mrs. Nelson was born in New London, OH, a daughter of the late Frederick John and Emily Conway Wank. She had been a resident of Aiken since 2003, a member of Houndslake Country Club, Houndslake Garden Club, Woodside Garden Club and the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her beloved husband, Lloyd Alfred Nelson; a son, James Lloyd Nelson, Roswell, GA; three grandchildren, Annalisse, Jared and Caleb Nelson. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joan Emily Nelson Major, and a sister, Mary V. Pawtz. Services will be private.
