Marguerite Bazzle Simpson

AIKEN – Mrs. Marguerite Bazzle Simpson, 91, died Thursday, May 9, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, May 13, in the Shellhouse Funeral Home chapel. Pallbearers will be Dale Morton, Craig Cook, Brooks Bazzle, Lewis Hudson, Alex Sacks and Wesley Williams. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park, Augusta. Mrs. Simpson was born in Allendale, SC, a daughter of the late Hughey Blanco and Posey Wilson Bazzle. She had lived in Augusta, GA most of her life, and been a resident of Aiken for the last 5 years. She retired from SCE&G, and attended Victory Baptist Church. She will be remembered as an avid animal lover. She is survived by her sister, Iola Morton, Aiken; brother, Billy (Diane) Bazzle, North Augusta, SC; several nieces and nephews.
