Paul West, Jr.

AIKEN, SC - PAUL S. WEST, JR., 72, beloved husband of Nancy Sides West, died Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at his residence. Born in Augusta, GA, Mr. West was a son of the late Paul and Sybil Burns West, Sr. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a former supervisor at Seminole Mill. Survivors, in addition to his wife Nancy, include a daughter, Rebekah C. West, Aiken; two sons, Jason J West (Heather), St. Mary's, GA and Trey W. Holland (Cindy), Martinez, GA; three grandchildren, Cybil West, Johnathan West and Jasmine Holland; two sisters, Sylvia Fischer, Santa Maria, CA and Vera Lott (Jerry), Aiken; a brother, Ted A. West (Suk), Colbert, GA; a number of nieces and nephews and close friends, Reggie Johnson, Aiken and Dustin DeCamtli, Aiken. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday at Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, followed by interment in Sunset Memory Gardens.
