J. Russell Harrison

Aiken- John Russell Harrison, 73, died Tuesday, April 29. Mr. Harrison was the son of the late John Albert and Marie Gastyla Harrison. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Senz Harrison, beloved children, Patricia (Barry) Gardebled, Fishkill, NY, Sharon Flanagan, Philadelphia, PA, Michael Harrison, Greenville, SC and four grandchildren William Bonar, Nicole Bonar, Robert Flanagan, and Cassie Flanagan. Mr. Harrison made Aiken his home in 1998. He was a retired electrician and inspector for a Drag Strip in New Jersey. He was an avid NASCAR fan, who enjoyed his years working in the race industry. A memorial service will be held in Basking Ridge, NJ at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Aiken Heart Association, 1003 Hammond Road, Aiken, SC, 29803.
