C. Andrew Moyer

AIKEN, SC - C. ANDREW MOYER, 47, died Friday, the 25th of October at Aiken Regional Medical Centers following a brief illness. Born in Augusta, GA, Andrew was a son of Rachel Gordon Moyer and Charles F. Moyer. He grew up and lived most of his life in Aiken and was a 1984 graduate of St. Angela Academy. Andrew attended Clemson University and formerly lived in Atlanta, GA where he worked in sales and marketing with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Survivors include his mother, Rachel G. Moyer, Aiken; father, Charles F. (Joette) Moyer, Lincolnton, GA; sister, Melissa (Jeremy) Hembree, Aiken; nephews, Andrew "Tre" Moyer and Aiden Hembree, both of Aiken; niece, Audrey Hembree, Aiken; two aunts, Audrey (Harry) Wheat, North Port, FL and Martha Courtney, Aiken. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, the 29th of November which is the day after Andrew's favorite holiday of Thanksgiving, at Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home.
