Eddie Glover

Eddie Glover, 48, died May 30, 2008, at home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. June 4 at Shellhouse Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Jessimine Cemetery. He was born on July 27, 1959, in Aiken to the late Johnnie and Betty McKevie Glover. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward (Elbo) Glover and Johnney Glover Jr. He was a member of Union Baptist Church and employed by Bates and Sons. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane Miles Glover, and loving children, Cheneda Glover of Charlotte, N.C., and Chanda (Willie) Parnell of Warrenville, S.C. Other survivors include a grandchild, Cheyeinne Taylor Sanders; sisters, Sarah (Horace) Morgan of North Augusta, Joann (Raymond) Chandler, Catherine (Richard) Cheetham and Annette Knowelle, all of Aiken; brothers, Alvin (Chanda) Glover, Michael Glover, both of Aiken, and Joseph (Dina) Glover of Wagener; and a host of aunts, nephews, cousins and friends.
