Judith Jane Gadd

AIKEN, SC- JUDITH JANE GADD (neé Chapell), 66, beloved wife of David Michael Gadd, died Saturday, January 18, 2014 at GRU Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Mrs. Gadd was a native of Ocala, Florida, having moved to Aiken in July 2013. She was the Head Mistress of Manor School in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. She was an educator all of her adult life. Mrs. Gadd was a member of the American Guidance Association and the American School Principal Association. In addition to her husband, David Michael Gadd, she is survived by her mother, Marguerite Gutshall Chappell, Ocala, Fl; a daughter, Laurel Gwin Gadd and her husband, Michael J.B. Pitts, Aiken, SC; two grandchildren, Savannah Jane Gadd and Aiden Joseph Gadd Pitts; a sister, Deb Chappell Bond, Ocala, Fl; two brothers, William V. Chappell, III, Orlando, Fl and Christopher C. Chappell, Ocala, Fl. Mrs. Gadd was preceded in death by her father, William V. Chappell, Jr. and a son, Aaron Klintworth Gadd. Private interment in the US Virgin Islands.
