AIKEN, SC- ELIZABETH HANSON CHRIST, 74, beloved wife of Paul R. Christ entered into rest Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A native of Crewe, England, Mrs. Christ was the daughter of the late Leonard and Martha May Woolley. She was one of eight children. Three of which preceded in her death. She came to the United States in 1959 and had lived in Aiken for the last six years. She is survived by her husband Paul, a son, Donald (Nancy) Hanson, Martinez, GA; 6 grandchildren, Katharine, Tyler and Zachary Hanson, Kristina, Blake and Makenna Mitchell; a great- grandson, Bryan Mitchell; 2 sisters; 2 brothers and many nieces and nephews in England.
