Theresa Susan Shivers

AIKEN, SC – THERESA S. SHIVERS, 68, widow of Vincent Thomas Shivers, Jr., died Thursday, July 3, 2008 at her daughter’s residence in Aiken, SC. A native of Queens, NY, Mrs. Shivers was a daughter of the late John and Sue McGovern Ruddy. Survivors include her daughter, Lisa (Kenneth) Kirschner of Aiken, a son, Vincent Shivers III of Aiken, a granddaughter, Jessica Kirschner of Aiken, three sisters, Barbara Mormando of New York, Kathleen Karpinski of Port Jefferson, NY and Marie Gallowicz of North Port, NY and a brother, John Ruddy of New York. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 PM at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home, 715 East Pine Log Rd., Aiken, SC.
