JEAN REED LUALLEN, 91, died Friday, February 28th at Pepper Hill Nursing Center.
"Those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not grow faint."
She was married for 69 years to the love of her life, Roy E Luallen who preceded her in Death three years ago. She now ends her earthly suffering to join him in the light of Eternal Peace.
She was born January 2, 1923 in Lake City, Tennessee to Harry Reed and Belle Reed. With a deep faith in The Lord, she and Roy sang in a Gospel Quartet when they were young people, and visited area churches in East Tennessee. Her family grew up on those old Gospel Hymns and would sing along while 'grandpa' played the guitar.
She was a member of Millbrook Baptist church since 1953 and in younger years was very active in the church.
