AIKEN, SC – MARY EDNA BAUGHMAN FOX, 87, beloved wife of Marion Fox, died Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at her residence. A native and lifelong resident of Aiken, Mrs. Fox was a daughter of the late Sam and Lottie Seigler Baughman. She was a homemaker and longtime member of Central Baptist Church. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Marion; two daughters, Carolyn (Irvin) Boatwright, Ridge Spring, Susan Woodward, Aiken; four grandchildren, Tina (Martin) Redd, Brent (Katy) Boatwright, Kevin Woodward, Chad (Teresa) Woodward; eight great-grandchildren, Brianna Kitchings, Katelyn Redd, Brady, Blake and Bradley Boatwright, Collin, Colby and Carson Woodward; two brothers, Artis (Sissy) Baughman, Vaucluse and Brunson (Doris) Baughman, Aiken. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fox was preceded in death by two sisters, Bessie Tessiner, Myrtis Blume; three brothers, Albert, George and Vernon Baughman. The family will receive friends Saturday beginning at 1:00 PM at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 3:00 PM. The Revs. Mike Cato and Brent Boatwright will officiate. Interment will follow in Central Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Zack Fulmer, Ronnie Seigler, Harvey Fox, M.C.
