John Oliver Day

AIKEN – Mr. John Oliver Day, 52, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday in Southlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:30-12:30 PM. Mr. Day was born in Aiken, a son of the late Robert Franklin and Norma Alexander Day. He was a surveyor, and loved animals, fishing and following the Gamecocks. He is survived by two brothers, Robert “Bobby” (Sandi) Day, West Columbia, SC and James A. “Jim” (Becky) Day, Chapin, SC.
