Wade Allen Taylor

AIKEN, SC – WADE ALLEN TAYLOR. 36, husband of Bonnie Wood Taylor, died Sunday, August 24, 2008 at his residence. A native of Lincoln, ME, Wade was a son of Paul Wayne and Edith Jean Taylor. He grew up in Southington, CT and graduated from Southington High School. He had lived in Aiken for the last 19 years. Wade was a claims adjuster for Nationwide Insurance. He was a member of Cedar Creek Church and was a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. He was a loving and devoted father and husband and was an avid Harley rider and loved woodworking. Survivors, in addition to his wife Bonnie and his parents Paul and Edith, include a daughter, Samantha Nicole Taylor, two sons Coleman Andrew Taylor and Benjamin Scott Taylor, all of Aiken, his sister, Patricia Yonce of North Augusta, SC, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard H. and Marie Patricia Wood, both of Aiken and seven nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at Cedar Creek Church with The Rev. Phillip Lee officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home, 715 East Pine Log Rd., Aiken, SC.
