Marcella Brewer

AIKEN, SC -- Marcella S. Brewer age 84 of Memphis TN passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday, October 10, 2008 at Trinity Lutheran Home in Aiken, SC. Born in Munford, TN on July 23, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Sammie & Lola Ellen Simmons. She was a 1943 graduate of Munford High School. In August 1979 she retired from Wonder Snack Foods. She was a member of Leawood Baptist Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Buford and J.P. and her husband Ralph who passed away March 17, 1992. Survivors include a son and daughter–in-law Dan and Jan Brewer of Aiken, SC., two sisters and a brother-in-law, Geraldine Gross of Collierville, TN Juanita and Kenneth Finley of Atoka, TN, and several nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved. Calling hours will be Monday from 5:00 PM-8:00PM at Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel in Millington,TN . A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 AM in their chapel, with interment immediately following at Memphis Memorial Gardens.
