Angeline Hopkins Davis

AIKEN, SC – Angeline Hopkins Davis, 75, beloved wife of John S. Davis, Sr. died Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. She was a native of Albmorle, NA., and was a daughter of the late Lawson and Elizabeth Ferrell Hopkins. She moved to Aiken in 1970 and enjoyed working at Grace Methodist Church in North Augusta, with the daycare. She is the beloved mother of her daughters, Kathy (Calvin) Zippler; Tammy (Bob) Voigt, Trina Davis; a son, John (Kyjunga) S. Davis, Jr.; beloved Nana to her grandchilren, Alexis Davis-Owens, Emily Paradise, Justin Voigt, John S. Davis, III, Angeline Davis; great-grandchildren, Gabriel Paradise; brother, Henry Elbert Hopkins. Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 AM at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Sunset Memory Gardens.
