Alma Lavern Spence

AIKEN – Ms. Alma Lavern Spence, 70, died Saturday, November 22, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday from the graveside at Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service. Ms. Spence was born in Orangeburg, SC, a daughter of the late Russie and Alice Ferguson Spence. She was a resident of Aiken since 1998. She is survived by her sister, Tootie Rickenbaker, Rowesville, SC; four nieces, Cathy Bacot, Samantha Bacot, Brenda Brewer and Wendy Hardy.
