Anna Lee Dheel Harrah

AIKEN – Mrs. Anna Lee Dheel Harrah, 79, died Thursday, November 27, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday in the Shellhouse Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service. Mrs. Harrah was born in Smithers, WV, a daughter of the late T. and Mabel Dheel. She was a resident of Aiken for the past 34 years, and had attended Lighthouse Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and devoted mother to her 11 children. Survivors include five daughters, Patricia Harrah, Rose (Neal) Donovan, Phyllis (George) Babiak, Brenda (David) Pierron, Penny (fiancée Patrick) Johnson; three sons, Joey Harrah, Steve Harrah, Michael (Janice) Harrah, all of Aiken; 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, her husband, Calvin Harrah, and three children, Willie Harrah, Eugene “Ace” Harrah and Gail Sue Cook preceded her in death.
