Lee Ann Schlesser

AIKEN, SC – LEE ANN SCHLESSER, 71, beloved wife of John A. Schlesser, died Sunday, February 8, 2015 at her residence.      A native of Staten Island, NY, Lee Ann was the daughter of the late Rose (Cavallo) and John Crean. She lived in Aiken for 31 years and graduated from USC Aiken. Lee Ann taught Business Education at South Aiken High School from 1984 until 1989 and then at Aiken High School from 1999 until 2001. She and John lived in Los Alamos during the 1990’s. She was a former member of the Aiken Junior Women’s Club and was a communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church.      Survivors, in addition to her husband John, include a daughter, Kristen Ann Henneke (Brian); a son, John C. “Tre” Schlesser, Aiken and two grandchildren, Haley and Mason Henneke.      The family will receive friends Wednesday, February the 11th from 6 until 8 o’clock in the evening at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home.      The Requiem Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 11:30 in the morning at The Old St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church on Park Avenue, SE.      Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Capital Campaign, P.O.
