AIKEN – Amanda Jacqueline Smith, 31, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM, Monday April 13, 2015 at St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church with Father Grant Wiseman officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the Stevenson-McClelland Building.
Amanda was born in Columbia, SC to Jerry Cleveland Smith and Robin Deaton Crews. She had lived in Aiken for the last eight years and worked as a waitress. She also attended St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church. Amanda enjoyed her work as a waitress and loved reuniting with old classmates on Facebook. She will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her three daughters, Paiton, Kailyn and Rilan Smith all of Aiken; her parents, Jerry Cleveland Smith and loving stepmother, Sharon Smith, Orangeburg, SC, Robin Deaton Crews and loving stepfather, Johnny Steven Wiles, Aiken; two sisters, Ashley (Ricky) Patrick, Goose Creek, SC, Angela (Jason) Knight, Beech Island, SC; step-sister, Amanda Miller, Goose Creek, SC; two brothers, James Crews, V, Goose Creek; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy S. Deaton, Aiken, SC and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. David Randall, Aiken; a niece, Dakota Knight, a nephew, Tanner Patrick; and her aunt, Sharon (Fred) Duncan, Aiken.
