AIKEN- Mrs. Winnie Ruth Snowden Sheldon, 84, beloved wife to the late Edward Firth Sheldon, died Tuesday December 16, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gerald Reiter officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Mrs. Sheldon was born in Titusville FL., to the late Linville and Hazel Brown. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Lynn Sheldon, Aiken, SC, her son, Thomas Hewey (Rita) Sheldon, Deland, FL, four grandchildren, Christopher Clement, Marsha Cameron, Thomas Sheldon, Jr., John Sheldon, and her four great-grandchildren, Phillip Clement, Thomas Clement, Nathan Frommer, Peyton Cameron, sister, Susie Palmer, Titusville, FL, brother, Billy Taylor, Titusville, FL, In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the SPCA, 401 Wire Rd., Aiken, SC 29801. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 PM at Shellhouse- Rivers Funeral Home, 715 East Pine Log Rd., Aiken, SC.
