AIKEN, SC – ELIZABETH MAYNARD, 97, widow of Dewaine DeLaurier, died Monday, April 20, 2015 at Pepper Hill Nursing Center.
A native of Tyrone, NY, Elizabeth grew up in Detroit, MI and retired from Budd Wheel Federal Credit Union. She lived in Orlando, FL from 1971 until moving to Lewisburg, TN in 1993 and then to Aiken in 2010. She was a member of Lewisburg First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane Smith, Aiken, SC; a son, Dale DeLaurier (Jeanne), Chandler, AZ; two granddaughters, Danielle Brabson (Leonard) and Deanne Rinehart (Daniel); four great-grandchildren, Audrey, Garrett and Stella Brabson and Olivia Rinehart; two brothers, Keith Jefferson, Pasadena, CA and Don Jefferson (Helen), Gold Canyon, AZ.
A memorial service will be held Monday afternoon, April 27th at 2 o’clock at Trinity United Methodist Church. The Rev. Dr. Larry Parker will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
