Eleanor Richardson Duncan

AIKEN – Mrs. Eleanor Richardson Duncan, 78, died Monday, January 19, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Redds Branch Baptist Church. Reverend Gary Hanna will officiate. Interment will follow in Graniteville Cemetery. A lifelong resident of Aiken, Mrs. Duncan was a daughter of the late Lonnie and Evelyn Ford Richardson. She was a homemaker and member of Redds Branch Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother Survivors include her three daughters, Janice Yon, Sandy (Bud) Hissner, Cheryl (Elliott) Holsenback, all of Aiken; grandchildren, Mark (Amy) Kirkland, Joshua (Shirley) Underwood, Nicholas (Missy) Tindall, Zachary (Brandi) Underwood, Brandon (Melissa) Tindall, Ross Hissner, Mark Hissner, Daniel Hissner, Keith Holsenback, Tracy (Tracy) Holsenback; great grandchildren, Lexie Kirkland, Allie Kirkland, Skylar Underwood, Griffin Underwood, Aiden Underwood, Evan Underwood, Brandon Tindall, Rayn Underwood, Kaylee Underwood, Dylan Underwood, Brittany Holsenback, Rebekah Holsenback, Andrew Holsenback, Addam Holsenback; two sisters, Gladys Willis and Ruby Dedmon of Aiken. In addition to her parents, her husband, Charles R. Duncan preceded her in death.
