AIKEN – Mrs. Mary Whetherly Wilson, 95, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 17 in Historic Bethany Cemetery with Chaplain Dexter Lambert officiating.
Mrs. Wilson was born in London, England, a daughter of the late William S. and Marjorie Holmes Whetherly. She had been a resident of Aiken for 30 years, and was of the Episcopal faith.
She is survived by her daughters, Antoinette (Peter) Isdell-Carpenter, England, Theresa (Denis) Turko, Summit, NJ; grandchildren, Alice Baker, R. Cass Baker, Heather Baker, Simon Isdell-Carpenter, Katherine Isdell-Carpenter, Nicola Isdell-Carpenter; six great grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Crane Wilson.
