AIKEN, SC –William Richard Vincent, 69, died Sunday, February 15,2009. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home with the Rev. Keith Stewart officiating. He was born in Watson, WV to the late Carl and Pauline Vincent. Mr. Vincent worked as a Draftsman/Designer. Survivors include his loving wife, Monica Panyon Vincent, one daughter, Susan (Morris, Jr.) Faile, Kershaw, SC, one son, John Vincent, Aiken, SC, sister, Janet (Fredrick) Kress. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Vincent and James Vincent. The family will receive friends following the service.
