William Michael Regan

AIKEN, SC - MR. WILLIAM M. “BILLY” REGAN SR. 73, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, September 22, 2015. A native and lifelong resident of Aiken County, Billy was a son of the late John Cecil and Annie Climintine Taylor Regan. He was a retired electrician from Owens Corning Fiberglass. Prior to Owens Corning he worked construction across the CSRA. His greatest joy in life was time spent with his four children. Billy enjoyed giving to others and if he could do anything in his power to fulfill a need or want; he did it. He was an avid golfer and a diehard Green Bay Packers fan. Billy is survived by sons William (Gina) Regan, Aiken, Ricky (Lynn) Regan, Graniteville, daughters, Beth (Troy) Burger, Aiken and Barbara (Jason) Tindall, Aiken, nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, his significant other Bernice Lewis, Jackson, SC and his fur baby “Buddy Rowe”. In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by a brother, Cecil Reagan and a sister, Jeanette Carter A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday morning at 11 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Kelly officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Aiken SPCA.
