AIKEN, SC – ClaraBelle Johnson, 95, widow of Marvin Johnson, died Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at The Hills of Cumberland Village.
A native of Medina, OH, ClaraBelle was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Frieda Heath. She lived most of her life in Wadsworth, OH before moving to Aiken in 2008 to be near family. She retired from Ohio Farmers Insurance Westfield Companies in Westfield Center, OH after 42 years. She was a member of Wadsworth United Methodist Church, Wadsworth, OH.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Johnson (Bob Freymeyer), Aiken; two grandchildren, Nathaniel Freymeyer, Nashville, TN and Anna Freymeyer, Aiken; a sister, Dorothy Gamble and a brother, Charles Heath, both of Medina, OH.
A Celebration of ClaraBelle’s Life will be Saturday morning, October 17, 2015 at 11 o’clock at South Aiken Presbyterian Church with The Revs. Dr. Christopher Crotwell, Judy Bowling and Erin Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the Family Life Center.
