AIKEN, SC -- JOHNNY RAY RALEY, 49, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at his residence in Aiken County. A native of Andalusia, AL, Johnny was a son of the late Bobby Ray and Lenora Ann Harris Raley. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and was a disabled veteran. He worked as a supervisor at the Savannah River Site before retiring on disability. He was a member of Town Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include his son, Bradley John Raley, former wife, Teresa Raley, both of Aiken, a sister, Lucy (Louis) Ingram, Dothan, AL, a brother, Paul Raley, New Ellenton, an aunt, Janice Myers, Andalusia, AL, two uncles, Kenneth Raley, Andalusia, AL and Zack Harris, Geneva, AL, 3 nieces, 3 nephews, 2 great-nieces and three great-nephews, and close friends, J.C. and Pat Hudgins. A memorial service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home, 715 East Pine Log Rd., Aiken, SC, with The Rev. Brian Adkison officiating.
