AIKEN, SC - Lisa Caroline Marshall-Powell, 32 was granted her angels wings on May 29, 2016. The family ask that you join them in a celebration of life at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home at 715 E. Pine Log Rd. Aiken, SC on June 3, 2016 at 4:00 pm. Mrs. Marshall-Powell was born on June 28, 1983 in Columbia, Maryland. She was the daughter of Mickey & Madeleine Marshall. Lisa moved from Baltimore, Maryland in 2005 when she reunited with her parents in Aiken, SC. Shortly after moving to Aiken in 2005 Lisa met the love of her life, her husband, Kendell Powell. They were wed in December of 2006. Lisa had a love of photography, pottery, and most of all reading. Above all those nothing compared to her love for animals. Mrs. Marshall-Powell is survived by her husband, Kendall Powell of Aiken, SC, her step-daughter, Taylor Powell of Aiken, SC, along with her four-legged children, Mango, Beretta, & Ruger, her beloved parents Mickey & Madeleine Marshall of Aiken, SC, her brother Steven Marshall and family of New Market, MD, her sister Kimberly Marshall and family of Long Beach, CA, her brother Michael Marshall and family of Denver, CO, her uncle Joseph Heidkamp of Silver Spring, MD and her uncle David Marshall and his family of Asheville.NC.
