Lillian W. Crumpler

AIKEN, SC – LILLIAN W. CRUMPLER, 85, widow of George M. Crumpler, Sr., died Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.      A native of Columbia, SC, Lillian was a daughter of the late Willis and Anne Thomas Wright.  She lived in Aiken since 1951 and was a beloved mother and grandmother.  Lillian worked as a sales associate, buyer and department manager for Belk Department Store in downtown Aiken, then at Kalmia Plaza and the Aiken Mall.      Survivors include two daughters, Cathy Crumpler, Susan Crumpler ; daughter-in-law, Tish Crumpler; grandchildren, Michelle Shicks, Brad Crumpler, Matt Crumpler, Jeff Crumpler, Tiffany Crumpler, Jennifer Wright; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Kayla, Will, Ben and Cayden.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, George Michael Crumpler, Jr.      Funeral services will be private.
