Wayne Snitker

TRENTON, SC – ORLAN WAYNE SNITKER, 65, died Friday October 16, 2009 at his residence. A native of Houston, TX, Wayne was a son of the late Orlan George and Roselene Hayes Snitker. He had been a resident of the area since he was 7 years old. Wayne was a veteran of the United States Navy and was retired from the Savannah River Site. Survivors include a son, David Brian Snitker of Warrenville, a sister, Rose Arlene (Arnold) Wagaman, Chambersburg, PA, a granddaughter, Hannah Marie Snitker and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Paul Snitker. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
