AIKEN - Mrs. Rosemarie Jones, 69, died Saturday, November 7, 2009 Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 9, 2009 at South Aiken Church of God with the Reverend Bruce C. Fox, the Reverend Kenny Murphy and the Reverend William Moss officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Murrel Duncan, Jimmy Tabor, Teddy Springfield, Floyd Carithers, James Rushton, Nathaniel Rushton, Gene Peavler. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Ambassador Sunday School Class. Mrs. Jones was born in Angerburg, East Prussia. She had been a resident of the Aiken area since 1972, a member of South Aiken Church of God, and a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her beloved husband, Herbert A. Jones; daughters, Dianna (Ralph) Tornow, New Ellenton, Shirley (Bobby) Boggs, N. Augusta, Susan (Scott) Tutak, Aiken, Tanja Blackmon, Aiken; grandchildren, Sarah T. Soule, Rebekah Tornow, Stacey Chafin, Chip Boggs, Lauren Key, Hannah Key, Joshua Blackmon; great granddaughter, Gracey Chafin.
